Saudi Arabia’s state-owned oil company named a new chief executive following a shake-up of the country’s ministerial elite this week. Amin H. Nasser on Friday was promoted to acting president and CEO of Saudi Arabian Oil Co., known as Saudi Aramco. He was previously Aramco’s senior vice president for upstream operations.
