 Schlumberger subsidiary OneSubsea has been contracted to provide a subsea production system for BP’s Mad Dog 2 project in the Gulf of Mexico. The Mad Dog Phase 2 project is BP’s second stage of development for a planned offshore oil field. The phase builds on BP’s largest oil field discovery in the Gulf of Mexico. OneSubsea will be tasked with supplying undersea wells that extract petroleum.
