TransCanada Corp. said there’s more “work to do” before it can start construction of the $8 billion Keystone XL pipeline. The controversial project, which would help bring crude from Canada’s oil-sands to the U.S. Gulf Coast, was approved by the Trump administration Friday. Other permissions, including from states along the way and the U.S. Interior Department, are still required. Foes including environmentalists and local landowners have vowed to continue fighting the pipeline, first proposed more than 8 years ago.
