Lawmakers in Baghdad issued a 13-point directive Wednesday calling on Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi to impose federal authority over ports of entry and disputed territory controlled by the autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), including oil fields in Kirkuk.
