Days after the federal North Oil Company restarted exports through the KRG-controlled pipeline, the Oil Ministry ordered a stop.  Iraq’s state-run North Oil Company (NOC) has stopped pumping crude into the export pipeline controlled by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). “The stoppage was upon the order of the Oil Ministry and we don’t know the reason,” a senior NOC official said. The export flows were halted on Sunday.
