Oil production dipped across Iraq in October by about 113,000 barrels per day (bpd), as political and military conflict between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) took two major oil fields temporarily offline. Average total production for the country was 4.518 million bpd, according to an Iraq Oil Report analysis of data gathered from each of the country’s producing fields – down more than 2 percent from 4.635 million bpd in September .
