A U.S. solar power trade group said the Trump administration was standing in the way of growth, but the sector showed resilience in the third quarter. A report from GTM Research and the Solar Energy Industries Association found total installed capacity topped 2 gigawatts in the third quarter, but the pace of growth was slower than last year.
