India is predicted to be one of the fastest-growing economies in the world over the next 30 years, yet how that growth will occur remains uncertain. In the International Energy Outlook 2018 (IEO2018), EIA analyzed three economic growth patterns in India that have the same rate of overall economic growth, and the results show only slightly different energy demand among those three.
