Singapore — The Australian Government has again lifted its forecast for the country’s LNG exports over the coming years and said in 2019 it will be the world’s leading exporter of the fuel and hold pole position until 2024. On a fiscal year basis, the country is expected to export 75.6 million mt of LNG in fiscal 2018-2019 (July-June) year, which is up by 1% from the 74.9 million mt forecast it gave three months earlier.
