TC Energy gave no estimate for restarting its 590,000 b/d Keystone oil pipeline during a third-quarter earnings call Friday, but an executive said there might be more clarity in two weeks. The pipeline remains shut from Hardisty, Alberta, to Cushing, Oklahoma, and to Wood River/Patoka, Illinois. A leak detected Tuesday in northeast North Dakota spilled an estimated 9,120 barrels, the company said. “Today we are focused on cleaning up the site, determining the cause and returning the line to service,” CEO Russ Girling told analysts during a Q3 call.
